"Modern hotel, comfortable rooms with extremely helpful front desk staff. They helped us with taxis, directions, and other recommendations. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from one of the pedestrian bridges to enter the mall. There is a small store downstairs for snacks and toiletries, coffee and pastries. TGIFridays is downstairs and good to sit outside at bar in evening, but the breakfast there is not worth the time or money. I would recommend and stay there again. "

"All staff very helpful. Mehran was very helpful when checking in at the front desk. Gladwell at the reception was also very helpful. Eric and DIAB at the concierge were always courteous and friendly but DIAB went out of his to help with packing our luggage. "
