Our room was cleaned twice a day, and we were gifted champagne to celebrate. The staff constantly checked in, offering help and guidance as I explored Dubai for the first time. I always felt safe and supported. One team member even helped us figure out where to shop and which excursions were worth it. On our last day, a young woman who had bonded with my son gave us a handwritten letter and macaron cookies. I’ll never forget that moment. "The hotel is nice, the staff offered Kombucha Tea upon arrival. The breakfast at Kitchen 6 had a variety of foods and it was delicious; the brisket burger was outstanding, and chicken tenders were also very good (Lush Burger)."
