"Beautiful place! The hotel room was very well equipped. We had a problem with door key which was fixed within 10 minutes. The staff is very nice and helpful. The housekeeping offered me a water bottle as we were waiting to have the door lock fixed which was a nice gesture if I ever visit Egypt, I would love to stay at this place. Excellent service. "

"Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor. "
