"Everything is great. The service, the room, the staff & the food. I have just little concern about the hotel, in the shower the bottles for body wash and shampoo doesn’t work. You can’t use it it is very hard to pump it even my husband tried but it did not help. I wish they changed to better quality bottle or different way. I did not like the area around the hotel, I couldn’t walk because it is not clean and a lot of construction."

"Big sized apartments, we stayed in a one bed apartment which one had stand in balcony which we were slightly dissapointed with. Kitchen is well equipped however they do not have a toaster which i was slightly dissapointed with. Bathroom is little dated don't like the fact they have shower curtains. Staff are very helpful. Location is great as its close to MOE and easy to get onto the main roads. Overall was a good stay for what we paid for. "

"Reasonable for a one night stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms are somewhat small, and smell a bit. We arrived late after midnight and the Room wasn't ready. We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region."

"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."
