"The hotel would be better off as a completely smoke-free building. We had a child, and the front desk informed us that only smoking floors were available. Besides this, the hotel was welcoming, all the staff of every department we encountered were helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable for our stay."

"Everything is great. The service, the room, the staff & the food. I have just little concern about the hotel, in the shower the bottles for body wash and shampoo doesn’t work. You can’t use it it is very hard to pump it even my husband tried but it did not help. I wish they changed to better quality bottle or different way. I did not like the area around the hotel, I couldn’t walk because it is not clean and a lot of construction."

"Reasonable for a one night stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms are somewhat small, and smell a bit. We arrived late after midnight and the Room wasn't ready. We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region."
