"Well what can I say!! This place is amazing. It’s comfortable, spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, convenient to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool area was gorgeous and great after a day of sightseeing. Jenny was the perfect host and provided us with brilliant check in videos of where to park and how to find the apartment. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. An absolute gem of a place. "

"We enjoyed our time in the LA area with a large family of 8, and this home was a great place for us to gather. Lots of space for our group to spread out as needed but also gather together. The outside courtyard is lovely and such a nice spot to hang out!! It's a beautiful home, as you can see in the pictures, and it's accurate in description (although no TV outside anymore). Little details could have been better- there are some parts of the house that could use a small repair, the kitchen isn't...

"It is a clean comfortable place with a swimming pool just for those staying there. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with many good restaurants in the area if you want to eat out. We had breakfast and lunch at the rental place, and went out for dinner in the evening. We enjoyed swimming every day. It was great!"

"Perfect location, close to Universal theme park. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Within close proximity to restaurants, convenience stores and anything needed while you’re away from home. "Good spot though I didn’t like how it stated in the listing it was in Beverly Hills, but it was actually a mile or two away. Just be honest. It was fine where it was. One more thing—the bed is on slats and it’s not ideal."

"This nice apartment was everything we needed. It had a very comfortable king size bed. The apartment was clean and had A/C. The patio area was wonderful. The neighborhood was nice and parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again if it is available."
