"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! The bellboy and the porter and the spa staff were excellent! The resort...

"This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December. Food in the restaurant is really good. Good breakfast, too. Pleasant, friendly staff. A good choice for Marrakesh!"
