"Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better. "

However We got an email the day before arrival which claimed that the hotel could provide pickup from the airport but when we landed in morocco, the hotel claimed they did not provide this service which was very annoying as we were initially told that they would.
