"We love this hotel; it is our go-to. We were disappointed, though on this trip, that our room was not serviced. We had left at 8:30 am and returned at 2:30 pm. The bed was still unmade, and no clean towels. We think that it would have been very reasonable to service the room in this time frame "

"The room was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet. We only stayed for one night, but it was clear that the accommodation would have been fairly comfortable for a longer stay. The small kitchen area had (very) basic utensils, but may have been fine for making rudimentary snacks/breakfasts.
