"Sebastian at the front desk found a room dor me even though they were filly booked due to a nearby conference when I called in a panic because the other hotel I had booked was unsafe and infested with roaches! I was traveling alone and didn't know where to go. The staff made sure I got checked in with them and that I had everything I needed. The hotel was perfect and clean and safe. Springhill is the only place I'll stay anytime I travel to Dallas from now on!"

"Overall was good, staff was great, breakfast was good, pool was clean. The room have areas that need it cleaning furniture mainly nothing to die for. Price was good room was spacious. "
