"Caroline at the front desk was the epitome of excellent customer service, professionalism and friendliness. Kevin at the Canyon (?) bar went above and beyond with service and made me feel comfortable as an older woman coming into a bar alone. This was on Christmas day with a full house and crowded lobby. Its the best hotel experience I have had in many years. I highly recommend this establishment!"

"I had a very comfortable one bedroom suite. It was immaculately clean. I was impressed with even the toiletries! The face bar, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were exceptional. I ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. The hotel is not a location where there is much to do, but I was simply looking for a place to spend the night before I went home, so it was perfect for what I needed.. Would absolutely stay there again."
