"We were able to book last minute when we had to cancel a vacation rental. The staff was accommodating with all of our requests. The first night there was a baby crying, but we didn’t hear it for the rest of the nights. We were reasonably close to restaurants and sights we wanted to see (within 20 minutes). "

"I always enjoy staying at Zaza in Museum district as I love walking to the museums. This trip I had a flat tire that was punctured by a nail, the concierge took care of it and it was fixed during my one night stay. I arrived after 5 pm and all tire shops near by were already closed. This was an experience of superior service. Zaza forever!"
