"Highly recommended location, I really enjoyed staying here at this family run B&B. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice, my room was great, very quiet and comfy. The gardens are lovely and there is a great little deck to watch the sunset. Although the place is down and unpaved road I was only in a tiny 2wd car and this (and everywhere else in the area) easily accessible, just take it very slow. Would definitely stay here again "

"We had such a lovely stay at Belcruz. When we arrived, Randall welcomed us with a great explanation of where to go in Monteverde and took us to our room. The room was great - clean, comfortable bed, spacious, great view. Breakfast was delicious. We needed to plan our next move after checkout, and Randall made us drinks while we sat in the restaurant/lobby and planned - and saw a few cool birds right out the window. Plus, we got great hand made bird ornaments that his wife and daughter make...

"Dirty hostel. Disrty pillow cases, musty rooms, slippery grated floors outsude to get in, no handicap entrances, very limited breakfast hours of 1.5 hours 6:20am-7:30am only. Flught was delayed in NYC due to flooding so we didn't get there until 2 days later and no one was on the premises- had ro go next door to another hotel to get someone to call that bed and breakfast. "

"Fantastic hosts who were incredibly helpful for suggestions in the area and even helped me troubleshoot some conflicting information between a ticket I had booked and the hours a national park said it was open! The room was sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable, and with an INCREDIBLE view! Everything in the room worked and had clear instructions on how to use it. The kitchen was accessible and a little restaurant area was a good spot to meet fellow travelers in the evenings /...

"I was thinking just a room with the breakfast included option for two people but it turned out they have a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The host and her daughter were super friendly and willing to help us out. They recommended a good local restaurants and our stay was very comfortable. It’s a nice location too. Close to the downtown but still very quiet. "

"Ein altes Kolonialhaus, das von den Eigentümern/Bewohnern mühevoll und denkmalgerecht wiederhergestellt wurde, in guter Lage in Puntarenas, gerade einmal 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt, herumgeführt und erhielten hilfreiche Infos. Das Haus selbst ist super interessant und man erkennt die Liebe, die drin steckt. Genau der richtige Abschluss für unsere Lateinamerikareise."

Le petit déjeuner à la carte était très bon. Proche de la ville, mais assez éloigné pour la tranquillité. Les chambres sont confortables. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. "
