"We had a good stay at Casa Cielo. The sunsets and sunrises are absolutely amazing! The bed was comfortable however it was really short. Also, FYI the cabin is more on the rustic side and the balcony could use some work. "

"The place is great for 4 people, others would have to sleep in living room and table only sits 4. First night I got little sleep because of extreme wind noise, but depends on weather conditions. There is no AC so place gets very hot during the day. Views are amazing!"

"This property has excellent potential, but currently is overpriced. We had no tv while there, internet was down second day due to changing providers, not enough dishes to feed 5 people, only one ratty dish towel, lawn chairs instead of real indoor seating. "The gardens on the property were very beautiful and well maintained. The little cabina was spacious & very clean. Lots of amenities. The host/caretaker is awesome! Very helpful & friendly (always has a smile). The area is quiet and definitely worth the drive. We had a great time & plan to stay there again."

"These cabins are a bird watchers paradise. We saw over 40 species from the deck of our rustic little cabin. This location is out of the way. If you are driving yourself you will need 4 wheel drive as the driveway is steep and a bit rocky. Romey will work with you to get you a ride if you need one at a fair price. "It all has a new feeling to it—you walk in and it’s very airy and clean. Huge windows, lots of light and air. The bathroom is bright with a great shower. The rental is just outside the busier Monteverde. So everything is walkable while being very peaceful and safe. The brewery is very very close. "A special place - beautiful and in a beautiful setting. The property managers also thought of all the little things, and the welcome pack (some food starters, etc.) was a really thoughtful touch, given the place is a bit away from the action in Santa Elena. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Very well run operation by Yami and her family. They treated us like family. I recommend you opt in for the delicious breakfast each morning. Also visit the restaurant close by also run by the family for great food located in a beautiful setting. 15 minute drive to Santa Elena is a good trade off for the peace and quite and authentic Costa Rica experience of this place.
