"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "I have recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. As expected the hotel was basic but it is in a great location for exploring the area. The rooms can be quite noisy depending on where the room is situated and there were stains on the bed sheets and towels. When I arrived at the hotel I was told I could not check in until 2pm dispite the hotel.com website stating it was 12pm. That was the first piece of misadvertising. The second piece was stating that all rooms had air conditioning,...
