"Great location, very good breakfast and the hours for breakfast are really good - 6-11 on weekends which is perfect. I paid €15 extra for a late checkout as i had a bike event in the moring of the day i was leaving and it was so colpetely worth it. Staff super friendly and helpful, hotel very nice and clean. Rooms have plenty of space and very comfortable. Shower is also great "

"Fabulous boutique hotel - lovely rooms with good facilities and a little balcony. All the staff were so helpful with anything I needed or had questions about. Amazing location in the old town and seconds/minutes to bars, restaurants and key sites. I had an amazing time and highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again. "

"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Amazing stay in beautiful Blibao

"Muchas gracias por una estancia increíble. The room was brilliant, a massive super comfortable bed, huge bathroom with shower and big bathtub! But the service made the stay extra memorable. From being able to check in early, to extra touches like treats left on the pillows in the evening, and amazing service throughout the stay. Thank you so much, we had an amazing time."

Excellent boutique style hotel

"Fantastic hotel, great location in centre of Bilbao. Very friendly and exceptional reception staff. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms with great shower. Delicious, fresh and tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Great coffee and breakfast staff so friendly and helpful. We didn’t use roof top pool as weather not hot enough, but looked stunning and will return in the summer to try it out. Cannot recommend more highly. "

"Amazing staff, from concierge to cleaners - all of them so helpful and polite. We stayed for 6 nights in Bilbao and this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We travel a lot for work and leisure so that is saying a lot! Well done to the staff at Radison Bilbao"
