"Lovely quiet room. City view room was not of the city- faced a block wall! Asked Robin ( reception) for alternative - very unhelpful and rude. Didn’t tell us details of spa /hotel etc when we checked in. Told us to come back at 3pm only to discover our bags had not been put inside luggage room - had been left outside the door unattended and also no room change requested! Robin was going off shift at 3! Hotel very nice, good location. "

"This is a lovely hotel. It is a beautifully converted church and done very well. It is ideally located for All the sights, restaurants and bars and shopping as you come down from the hotel via a lift, but you are away from the noise at night. It has off street parking although you pay. Staff were great and very helpful."

"Amazing staff, from concierge to cleaners - all of them so helpful and polite. We stayed for 6 nights in Bilbao and this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We travel a lot for work and leisure so that is saying a lot! Well done to the staff at Radison Bilbao"

"Muchas gracias por una estancia increíble. The room was brilliant, a massive super comfortable bed, huge bathroom with shower and big bathtub! But the service made the stay extra memorable. From being able to check in early, to extra touches like treats left on the pillows in the evening, and amazing service throughout the stay. Thank you so much, we had an amazing time."

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"I really liked the location of this property. It was very convenient for my needs to be “in town”. Having entry on my phone was an added plus. Everything I needed was included. It was great!"

"For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes...
