" Very nice resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and presented nicely. Our room was very clean. It is not really possible to swim in the ocean, but it was nice to sit on the beach and watch the waves. It would be helpful to have a detailed report map in the room, rather than the small one in the registration desk. It would be useful to have brochures about various activities on the island. "pros: great weather, small hotel, offers adult only section, easy check-in process, clean pools, clean rooms, great oceanfront view. negative: rocky beach, can't enjoy swimming in the ocean, uncomfortable bed, limited food options; slow service, long wait for lunch and dinner, same food offered for breakfast; some staff was rude."

"The restaurants, especially Oro, were excellent. We did not like the hard sand beach (not soft Caribbean) and very rough surf that made going in the ocean unpleasant."

"This is how all “All inclusive”’s should be!! Not only was everything included, premium spirits as well, but there was so much choice. 20 places to eat at meant in the week we were here we didn’t try all of them. Quiet and Lively areas to suit all tastes. Shame the sea was choppy all of our stay but it didn’t really spoil much. And the staff (all staff!) were just so friendly. Big converts to the Sandals concept."

"The staff was great. The food was excellent. Could update the doors to the rooms and add an extra lock inside. Flies can be an issue but out of the staffs control. Beach area and access to the other resorts is convenient. "

"The house is spacious with a main house that accommodates 3-6 persons and an additional guest house that is suitable for 2-4 persons. The house is beautifully kept with a lovely view over the golf course in a quietly secluded residential resort area. "Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle is very well maintained. It is clean everywhere, the flowers, threes, swimming pool, floors, windows, everything is so clean. It is Wonderful to feel like a princess. The service is wonderful. People really care about you. Even the handyman showed me where the gym was. He took the time to show me personally. It is spectacular to see the values integrated to all the employees. The architect who design this hotel deserve a price. It is so airy, WOW ! We have a view from all the sides of the hotel. Even our room have a nice view. All restaurants and pools have been taught for our best confort and pleasure for the eyes. The room are amazing. The bed confortable like a cloud. The shower....I usually don't like shower...this time I made an exeption and I accepted the room like is was. Ho my god, the shower head is the best I have experienced in my life. I will by the same for my home. Thank you very much for the experience. I will come back soon!"
