"This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Had a room in a new part of the hotel (260) .. very clean and spacious with a large and comfortable bed. Straightforward aircon/heat management, which warmed the room up well as needed. Excellent breakfast. Could not fault any member of staff ... service was excellent. "

They went above and beyond to deal with my chemical sensitivities, switching out to fragrance free soap & cleaners for me, and opening the windows and completely airing the apartment before arrival. They sent a great e-mail that explained in detail how to get to the property & how to access it. Worked flawlessly. The location was fabulous, we easily walked everywhere.
