"Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."

"Always great when we stay at the little hide. We have been a few times just me and my fellas little getaway. Its our peace place with out the kiddies. Lovely and quite this time of year. Was on the cold side with the weather but the heater in the pod was amazeing at keeping you toastie. The only down fall for me was the magpie that seemd to haunt me whilst there hahaha. Really funny. The cafe food is excellent good price. Absolutely love this place."

"This is an excellent property. The apartment had absolutely everythig you could possibly need. We will definitely use this property again. Can highly recommend. "

"The apartment was very well fitted out, the staff were lovely very helpful, it is a little far from town and took us a while to find the local supermarket, maybe some instructions on how to work the job and parking was an issue, we went out for the day and had to park quite a walk away, but on the whole we loved it and were very comfortable 😊"

"Conway Cottage at Fishergate In York is highly recommended! The cottage is very well kept with everything you need for a comfortable, homey stay in York. Great kitchen that is well appointed and comfortable bed. The cottage is in a super location and an easily walk to city center/old town in York and also York University. Lots of shops/restaurants very close to the cottage. The host is super responsive to any need you have. We will definitely stay at Conway Cottage again on our next visit to...

"The property is in a great location, but is not kept in a great shape. Beds were super uncomfortable, you cold feel the mattress springs pooking you. The bathroom really need basic updates, a clean, mold free shower curtains would be enough "

"This is a nice modern ground floor appartment in a small relatively new development. Pretty close to the city walls. The appartment is small but is well set up with its facilities. Quite close to a grocery store and to the river. We were there for a week and greatly enjoyed it. "

"We had a lovely comfortable stay. We did have to clean the bathroom a little as few hairs on the bath and toilet had brown water in the bottom but apart from that it was lovely. We had robes in the wardrobes, toiletries and plenty of towels. The coffee pod machine is a nice touch. Overall hotel was clean as you could be for its size ! We really enjoyed our stay thank you "

"A brilliant stay. We've stayed at this hotel 3 times now in recent years and it's always a delight. The hotel itself is a magnificent building with marvellous architecture which includes a fantastic main staircase. Parking was convenient and the staff were everything you could ask. No problems in recommending, we're already talking about our next visit we yet have to plan."

"Ideal location close to attractions, restaurants, and Shambles Alley. Great room size, very clean, staff polite and helpful. 24 reception gave a safer feel to our stay and the added bonus of starting each day with English breakfast. Would book again!"
