"Charm by name and charming by nature! Set in a quiet street with facing gardens, about 5 minutes walk from the pier and Old Steine. Plenty of buses nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staf very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We were here overnight and would be happy to stay here again. "

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free EV charging was a nice plus although I think 2 of the 3 chargers were not working. The main negative was the noise of a fan turning on and off outside my particular room (Quail). Was annoying."

While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow).
