"This was one of the most luxurious hotels Ive stayed. The room was super spacious. Staff was very friendly and provided top notch service. Hotel is near lotte world. "The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English.
