The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. "Our experience at the hotel was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The concierge team was attentive and professional, ensuring we had everything we needed. The housekeeper did an incredible job each day, keeping our room spotless. The hotel’s connection to the mall and park was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to enjoy everything without having to leave the premises. Overall, I loved my stay and will definitely return!"

"I really liked my stay at L7 Gangnam and I really enjoyed how comfortable my hotel room was. It has a modern experience that made it feel fancier than some of the other hotels that I’ve stayed at. The hotel bed was nice and it was convenient to turn off the lights and draw the curtains while also being able to block out outside light in the evening. "
