On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and...

"Great resort. Beautiful grounds, especially the Mozza Mare beach area. Excellent staff. The food was better than your average all-inclusive. The beds were not comfortable. The lobby bar could use a design refresh. Other than that, we had a great time. Would recommend."
