"Amazing experience and service. We were welcomed by Mr. Hoang who took very personal care of us during our entire stay from recommendations to free upgrades - he connected with WhatsApp from check-in which made everything (big or small) very smooth! Never seen a personal service like this at any other resort before. Room were exceptional quality and above and beyond for a family with small kids. Convenient to Hoi A town (taxi or walk) but still far enough to make you feel living in a resort...

"I booked and paid 02 rooms for 04 people by hotels.com But when I come to the hotel, the owner of hotel talked to me that it's fault. They had only 01 room more (family room with 02 double beds), so they can gave it to us with cash. But I talked to them that I had already paid by my credit card on hotels.com. After 05 minutes, they agree with me but not comfortable. So, after all, I get only 01 family room, not 02 rooms."

"we arrived at around 6am and they let us check in which was brilliant! The lady who owns the place also made us lunch one day and got us bikes to use free of charge. The place is a bit rundown, the minibar was empty and we found cockroaches in the bed. But the owners were accommodating and it was close to the town and about a 30 minute cycle to the beach"
