"Delightful hotel with a great sense of interior design. We stayed in the 16th floor and really loved both the style of the room, its size and furniture. "The facilities were fantastic especially for kids. The location was a bit outside of the main tourist area but there was so much to do inside the resort it didn’t matter. Indoor & outdoor water parks, massive pools and onsens baths, best of all it was all heated! Breakfast buffet was amazing so many options with a beautiful outlook onto the beach. Staff were very friendly helpful. I will be staying here again. "

We were welcomed by Mr. Hoang who took very personal care of us during our entire stay from recommendations to free upgrades - he connected with WhatsApp from check-in which made everything (big or small) very smooth! Never seen a personal service like this at any other resort before. Room were exceptional quality and above and beyond for a family with small kids. Convenient to Hoi A town (taxi or walk) but still far enough to make you feel living in a resort away from hustle and bustle. Property is very well maintained and has great amenities! Highly recommend the stay here😊"
