"We had a fantastic 5 days at this resort. Everything worked very well. Our room had a wonderful terrace/balcony, was spacious, clean with all the necessary amenities. The beach was a stone throw from our accommodation; sandy and a little rocky like all beaches in Mauritius. Food was very good, both the Indian and Italian buffets, as well as the a la carte. My only gripe is the cost of wine, which is true of all hotels in Mauritius. Many Brits/French and Russians. "

"We visited the resort with our 2 kids, came from Turkey and stayed there for 4 happy days. The resort has a vintage beauty. We arrived there early, after a long, exhausting flight, but, the hotel was full and they couldn't give us a room before 15:00. However, they were kind and sincere and tried their best to help us. "Absolutely loved everything about the JW Marriott Le Morne! The setting is dreamy, the sea is so transparent, the staff is kind, caring and efficient. The rooms and common areas/restaurant are so tastefully decorated. I rate this hotel well above some more famous Mauritian establishments, such as Le St Geran.
