"Very nice, true Mauritius experience. Lovely suite overlooking the pool and ocean. Meals prepared onsite. Breakfast included. For dinners, the menu is posted and you sign up for your choice of appetizer, main and dessert. Lovely quiet place with friendly helpful staff. Lush gardens, plenty of shaded seating, and colorful birds. I'd definitely recommend especially if you prefer a friendly authentic stay rather than a glitzy resort."

"We visited the resort with our 2 kids, came from Turkey and stayed there for 4 happy days. The resort has a vintage beauty. We arrived there early, after a long, exhausting flight, but, the hotel was full and they couldn't give us a room before 15:00. However, they were kind and sincere and tried their best to help us. "Absolutely loved everything about the JW Marriott Le Morne! The setting is dreamy, the sea is so transparent, the staff is kind, caring and efficient. The rooms and common areas/restaurant are so tastefully decorated. I rate this hotel well above some more famous Mauritian establishments, such as Le St Geran. When in Mauritius, I will always go back to this hotel. Thanks for making our stay a truly memorable one!!!!"

"Overall good quality of staff, breakfast, cleaning. Disappointed about the sundbeds at the beach They were supposed to be out on monday-friday but were often cancelled without any informaion to the guests claiming that it was a public holiday or just to many people on the beach to put them out."

"Great apartment. Very quiet. Well maintained. Very helpful host. Regular cleaning. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk to the beach/town but they do offer a shuttle if you need it. We had a hire car so it wasn’t really a problem. "
