"Movenpick Marrakesh is really a very nice hotel: convenient, safe environment; clean, food is good; facilitirs are good. However this hotel seriously needs a seamless check-in and check-out procedure. Unbeleivably both processes takes more than 30mins for sure. Strongly suggest people to run this process well before their appointments or flight. I m travelling so much around the world; and never seen such a slow reception service. "Loved our stay here. Staff were so helpful and took such pride in their work. Were super helpful arranging transport for us, with our luggage and at breakfast. Riad was great, great location near the square. Room was comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Was definitely a boutique experience on a pedestrian-only alleyway but would recommend. "
