"Great location, easily accessible to public transport. Centrally located, easy to get to most of the tourist spots. The convenience store & eateries are just a few steps away. Most of the front desk staff are friendly. Had an incident during one of the nights where there was power outage in our room, the technician (with whom we couldn't communicate at all) took quite awhile to resolve the issue, and the help desk guy could only speak Korean and Chinese, very little English, we had a hard time...

"1. Enjoy the residence type of hotel room 2. Microwave, Big enough refri, and Small washing mashine is predictable 3. Beam projector! it could use the ceiling as the back screen! It was really entertaining! 4. It’s better to remove the TV and set up the back screen on the wall. 5. If you have a plan to visit the Lotteworld, you should select this hotel. There is a seperate and secret passge to the Lotteworld! 6.Cons: lower floor for the residence. not a good view for the traveller. "
