"It was our first time in Hurghada and we were very pleased with the results of this hotel. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming especially Obama who helped me out when I needed some help with something and they all are extremely hard working individuals. The evening entertainment from the animation team is always great fun and jolly to participate in. The reception staff let us stay a little longer as our return flight home was very late in the evening which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel may return again with friends very pleased and great holiday. "

Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure me and my family ( 10 members) have a great time. Housekeeping ( Mohamed) and kitchen staff went extra miles to make sure your needs are met. Reception staff were superb dealing with our requests, thank you Mohamed and Maryam, you were the best. Special thanks to Mr. Marcos taking a very good care of my kids and making them try new food. The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable.
