"I honestly don’t understand why this hotel is only 4.4 stars on Google! It’s the second best hotel I have ever stayed in and it’s hard to compete with Eiger Hotel in Switzerland with an Alps view. We had our bags stored for us on arrival in the beautiful arrival area and taken up to our room on check in with no intention of being tipped. It’s their job and they do it well. "The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back. "
