For a 5 star hotel it has weird rules, can’t bring outside food and wine into the hotel, you cannot sign for any of the stuff you use during your stay and have to pay off right away, once checked out they give you a special pass to get your luggage. "I booked this Riad/Hotel because of the Expedia reviews being so positive. I would have agreed with all the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and helpful with places to see and dine. They will take the time to welcome you with Moroccan Tea and treats and provide important information for your stay in Marrakech. I especially love the snack bag provided when I took excursions and my trip to airport. All staff from doormen, reception, and waiters were all pleasant and greeted you everyday....
