"This is located in a beautiful area, you can walk around and find different high end malls. Hotel is beautiful. Only complaint is that beds are a little small for two. We had a double room and each bed is a little larger than a twin bed, my husband and I were a little tight. My daughter slept very comfortably."

"Staying at Hyatt on the bund was a wonderful experience. The room has a nice view over the pearl tower and the river. In addition, hotel prepared a cake and special juice at the room for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We were so happy and deeply appreciated this hotel's excellent service. THANK YOU SO MUCH, HYATT ON THE BUND! Restaurants are very refined and other facilities are also pleasant to use. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel if someone is planning to visit Shanghai. "Love the location - about 7 mins walk away from People’s Square exit 14, and just beside Nanjing Shopping Street which is about 20 min walk to The Bund. Hotel is clean and well maintained throughout our 1 week stay. Will recommend to others!"

"I like to commemorate the staff at the gym. Mr Steven is very helpful and friendly, he not only kept the gym area clean but also constantly going around sauna area to make sure the place is clean and tidy. Another staff that o like to commemorate is Mr Daniel from the concierge. He helps us to check on location that we want to go and go the extra miles to tell the taxi driver where to drop us as my old age mum is together with us. Really enjoy the stay in Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel. Thanks for giving us a pleasant stay. Cheers😀"
