"It’s more like a busy family hotel (kids running at lounge/restaurant/room upstairs) than a luxury mindful get away like it is advertised. Tell from hotel staffs face, it’s probably short of manpower and long working hours that everyone looks very tired. They tried to provide nice service but just too overwhelmed.
