The only thing I could fault this hotel is the drainage system in the shower and sink is a bit slow to go down the drain other than that everything is 5 star. I would definitely stay here again and the staff were all amazing and accommodating. "

"We arrived to check in around 8pm. There was only 1 person at the check in area who was handling everything from bag carrying to offering coconut to scouting for keys etc. So we had to wait abit. She also seemed abit confused with the paper work so was abit frustrating having arrived late and all we wanted was our room key. Upon getting to the rooms they are spacious however have a confused design. Seemed like an after though in the layout and designing of the rooms. We had booked ocean rooms...

"The property was beautiful. We stayed in a beachfront villa Y3. Everyone was amazing from Tess at the front desk to Emile and Esther in the restaurants. They made our anniversary very special. So thankful. Omer on checkout was amazing as well. "

"Je n'ai pas séjourné au Kizimkazi lodge ,lorsque je suis arrivé il n'était pas encore prêt pour l'ouverture alors on m'a attribué une chambre dans le resort juste devant,même propriétaire, pas la même gamme ! j'étais gagnante la manager m'a promis de trouver une solution au problème je n'ai pas été déçu.Donc mon jugement est un peu biaisé mais je n'ai aucun doute sur la qualité des prestations à venir ,merci Sharlène!!!"
