"It is a good facility!! But reception staff takes their own sweet time to respond to our calls from room. We asked for a weighing scale and waited for the whole day and night and no response. Yes, this might be a simple request but for the clients this is a major issue. "

Advertised as a “ 5 star apartment “ .... filthy with broken beds , broken cupboards , no kitchen equipment , boiler broken so no hot water or heating , and a health hazard with a hole in the ceiling light with water dripping through on to your head in the toilet. Had to leave after 1 terrible night. "
