"Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. The place could’ve been better cleaned in our opinion as there was clear evidence of prior occupants (empty alcohol bottles in drawers etc). I think this place would be...

"Accommodations were very basic. No essentials were provided, soap, shampoo, paper towels, tissues, salt, and pepper. It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. The gardens were beautiful and very relaxing. Overall worked for us."

Met with noise from neighbours thumping against walls and a cat that kept whining to come in. Left 20 minutes after arrival. "Another excellent stay at the Cove in Canary Wharf - great base for a few weeks in London. However it is time they begin replacing their mattresses - ours was particularly uncomfortable. Folks considering this hotel should also be aware that the building (one of the highest in London) creaks considerably when it is windy which can make it hard to get a good night’s sleep - fortunately we only had a couple of windy nights."
