"I was originally on the fence when booking this place due to mixed reviews but absolutely loved it, we stayed 4 nights and were happy customers. The location is perfect & close to absolutely everything. The adjoining restaurants make it so easy, reasonably priced and yummy. The pool was fine, I seen some reviews mentioning it was poor quality but we were happy and the kids play park was awesome. We had a king studio and it was super spacious and great quality- no leakage or anything & comfortable bed. Staff were great and very accommodating. Overall very happy with our experience. ONLY negative comment was the wifi. Worked great at the lobby and front area but our room was towards the back and it didn’t work. Definitely would book again though :) "

"This resort was perfect for our family with small kids! We had no noise in our room. The beach infront of the property is beautiful and clean. They have anything you’d possibly want on site and if you want to try something new, Bali Connection is right across the street and the hotel offers a free shuttle."

"Easy check in with courteous staff, welcome drink on arrival and escorted to our room promptly. Our garden view room was well appointed and very quiet. Dining options were varied and meals were well sized and delicious. The staff are friendly, attentive and eager to please - they made our stay so enjoyable and relaxed. The hotel is a beautiful place to spend time in Jimbaran Bay."
