"The arrival, front desk staff and house keeping went above and beyond during our stay. The room is spacious and had all the comforts for our stay. We unfortunately got sick and the staff did everything to help us locate a doctor to come to our room and keep our room stocked and cleaned. "I spent one very happy week at The Island Hotel Bali! The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable. The pool and adjacent lounge are a quiet refuge after a busy day at the beach. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and the hotel’s breakfast is really good. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable and arrange transport anywhere one may want to go. The location is really great down a little path away from the busy street so it os nice and quiet but still near all the action!"

And toilet plumbing an issue. Overall happy with experience at Daluman Villa but would, probably want to have an internal living space and additional hotel amenities like restaurants and lounge and kids swim/play areas. "

"it was meticously clean. the staff were so wonderful. just a few issues the "fully equipped kitchen" not so much 1 dented small pot and 2 scratched up frying pans could do breakfast for sure and a sandwich for lunch. planned on doing some dinners not really possible. no oven no bbq and 2 propane burners for cooking. the coffee maker is a kettle and instant coffee. the extensive choice of dvd's doesnt exsist. ordered room service once did not do it again.not very good maybe off night for the...
