"The Pulitzer Amsterdam is hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I was there with my daughter for her HS graduation trip- 4 nights in Paris, then 3 nights in Amsterdam. The Pulitzer is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Amsterdam, walk to everything. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. "I spent 8 nights at The Grand Amsterdam. The service and location are impeccable. The room isn't overly elegant but it's very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay very much. "I liked almost everything about this property. I had two issues. One, the glasses in the bathroom were glass. That is very unsafe because some of the time you are in the bathroom you are barefoot. If the glass fell, and it is not hard to see how that could happen, you would probably cut your foot. Two, the containers of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in the shower were arranged in a way that it was difficult to get sufficient amounts out of the container, which was a nuisance."
