"I had a short staycation with my wife and son. Overall, the hotel was nothing short of amazing! We were very well catered for, free valet parking, amazing gluten free food choices - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was covered in fresh flowers which were amazing. This hotel caters extremely well for children, with its own child's pool and play facilities inside out. Would 100% stay again."

"This is a very nice property in a quiet street around 100m from Weybridge’s main shopping and dining area. You are sharing the owners property but in one of three individual rooms. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. Mytchett Lake from the Basingstoke Canal towpath. At Mytchett the Basingstoke Canal made use of an existing lake or flash, running along its western edge. The origins of the flashes are unknown but they probably resulted from gravel extraction. From the Basingstoke Canal website: Mytchett Lake is an extensive area of open water with abundant white water lily Nymphaea alba and common bulrush Schoenoplectus lacustris and is notable for its fringing colony of purple willow Salix purpurea which is rare in Surrey. The lake supports a large colony of red-eyed damselfly Erythromma najas.
