"The cottage is at a quiet and very charming location. Cottage is more than large enough for the two of us, Nice hikes possible from the cottage, but of course many options in the rest of the South Downs park. Close to Petersfield with enough shops and coffee places, Our host Susie was very helpful. "

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. "Lovely cottage, full of charm, great location and only a stone throw from the Main Street with an abundance of independent shops including a butchers and cute deli. Communication from the host was good and check in was easy Thank you for the milk and cake which was a lovely surprise. Would not hesitate to book again. "

This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "Lovely stay. Conveniently located. Close to transport links. Breakfast was lovely. Appreciated the breakfast bag due to our early flight. The connecting walkway from T4 to the hotel was cold, dirty, poorly maintained and gave a very poor first impression. "

"Pricing very reasonable, reception very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant food and drink good and reasonably priced. Transport good for airport. Room was well furnished, toilet/ bathroom brand new or looked like it. Room clean and everything worked well. Carpark was tight and can be hard to get a park on site. A small fridge in the room would be a big plus but as hotel set up for more overnight stays than for longer term so I can understand it. For what it is I give it 5 Stars"
