"We stayed at the Naoura for a week over half term. This is a good hotel however I struggle to accept the 5 star rating. The service was at time chaotic and confused. We had two rooms, one a nicely refurbished suite and the other a three bedroom Ryad which was looking very tired. We had a constant battle to get complimentary water, had to chase for toilet paper and to get room service plates etc removed after use. All this despite spending £1000 per night for the Ryad room alone. The SPA pool is...

"One of the better Radisson’s I have stayed with. Although the bed was squeaky and the TV casting didnt work and the IT guy was never around. Other than that the F & B was great. "

"Nous avons vraiment apprécié le lieu calme et une équipe attentionnée sauf Ismaël qui n’a pas voulu nous donner box breakfast à 5 heure du matin ( ramadan ) tous les hôtels le font. Et en plus le lendemain il a refusé de répondre à mon bonjour. Petit déjeuner payé pourtant. Mis a part le comportement odieux d’ismael le reste de l’équipe était top gentille accueillante et professionnelle. "
