"It’s in a safe area and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping centers. The buffet breakfast has a variety of options and fruits are fresh. Most of the staff are friendly but the service at the executive lounge wasn’t impressive."

"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."

"Very nice stay at Aparta. Thrilled with the location and loved having the kitchenette and large living area. View from 18th floor was wonderful. We also loved having a market so close because I have Celiac disease (no gluten) so rely on groceries a lot when I travel. Stairway got a little noisy a few times, but no big deal overall."
