"The hotel is lovely and a great location on the South Bank. I’ve stayed twice. There was a small issue with service each time where it fell below expectations and their standards, however, when raised to the guest services team they addressed it immediately, which shows they care about their guests. Great spa and gym. Still and sparkling water available on each floor. Very walkable and easy access to several tube and train stations. Dive stayed here twice and would stay again. "

"I absolutely love this hotel, I’ll always stay here for at least one night while visiting London. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and things like heated bathroom floors and the Prosecco they offer you when you arrive, makes the experience feel very luxurious. It’s so hard to find a nice hotel in London that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. This hotel is proof that this type of experience exists!"

"This property has was stunning. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and offered a beverage whilst they checked me in. I then had a member of staff he’ll me with my bag and escort me to my room, which was super helpful. Once in the room I immediately loved how modern the deco was, the bathroom in particular was my favourite. The bed was comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. "

"This is a lovely hotel to stay in Kensington. It feels very luxurious when you walk in. You’re welcomed by an incredible staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little small, but it is a city so to be expected. Everything was clean. The location was wonderful! "Good hotel in a great area for walking around Hyde park or shopping along Oxford street. Lancaster gate tube station underneath was a real plus too. The prompt room service and tasty food that came with it was also a selling point. Only shortfall we found was the limited options for food choices at breakfast as two individuals with specific dietary requirements. Also cost for breakfast is a little exoensive so food out nearby is probably cheaper; we did this on two days over our stay."
