Pool was okay, Very disappointed that it was an extra £70 for my wife and I to use the thermal pool. With the cost of the room I'd expect it to be free or at least cheaper than £70 per couple. "

"We came here on our babymoon and it was just what we needed. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried - anything we asked for they helped us with. I’ve been struggling with sleep and they delivered more pillows to our room, they were informative about the area and were really helpful with whatever we asked them for. The location is excellent, just around the corner from George Street which was great for shopping and having a slow mooch and coffee. "
