"The property was wonderful. Nothing fancy but, quaint and quiet. The staff are lovely despite minimal interaction. The room I stayed in, (family quarters) was lovely. Although a the bathroom was a little small and the cupboard door doesn’t fully shut, it was exactly what I needed. Tea and coffee was provided, which was lovely. "My family stayed for a night at this place. My kids loved how the single beds were properly spaced out and the spaces around coupled with the quietness of the neighbourhood . Cleanliness of the bathroom was top notch. We would surely visit again when next we are in Edinburgh."

"Lovely large room in a great location with plenty of shops, restaurants and public transport very close by, walkable to the city centre if you prefer. Large entertainment complex nearby with cinema, bowling etc. staff are very friendly and continental breakfast included with a sufficient amount of choice. Beds are comfortable and all your basics needed included in the room with tea/coffee facilities. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. "
