"Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

"I highly recommend this b&b. Katia is the perfect host! She was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The breakfast every morning was amazing. It is only a short tram ride to Venice. Mestre is a nice place to stay and if we make it back, will definitely stay here again. "

"Location is close the the bus and tram stops. Close to cafes. Not sure of other rooms but it was tiny. A/C shutt off by itself sometime in the night and was sweating d/t it being warm inside the room."

"The room was very clean and well equipped. The building was with a locked gate so it we felt safe. We came from Treviso airport and airport bus stopped close to the property. There was also a Coop next to the stop so we were able to grab some snacks. It was easy to go to Venice island. The bus and tram stop was around the corner and they ran frequently. The only minus was that the rooms were not very soundproof and we could hear other guests. "

"A wonderful jewel just outside Venice. Tastefully decorated w/original art by the owners; breakfast to your specifications; and in rhe charming town of Mestre. Our room was very clean, comfortable and included a small fridge along with coffee & tee. The owners were very helpful with details about going to Venice. We loved it and will definitely recommend it to any who journey to Italy."

"It was just comfortable place to stay. Very nice breakfast. The guy gives all important information about the city, transportation, where to eat and anything you want. Quite convenient to travel to Venice. I will definitely stay here when I come next. "

"They let us in early very nice, room seemed clean but noticed sheets & cover are old & stained, bathroom shower was broken off wall & not fixed after first day, kitchen was unkept with stained coffee cups. Very little in cupboards & I would not use anything in kitchen. Bed& pillow were very nice, had a great sleep. Location great for transit & metro to city & Venice. "
