"Best family vacation we've ever had! We stayed in the Privado suites with our five and 3 year old and they loved all of the pools and walking paths and places to explore. The food and drinks were amazing and the massage at the spa was wonderful. My only minor complaint was that I wish the suite had a kitchenette with an actual sink but we made it work. "This is considered a pet friendly property - but they would not allow in the beginning our dog in the dining area - only on the patio. But finally the manager made it happen and we always could sit inside since it was either too hot or chilly to sit on the patio. The maintenance should also replace on a regular schedule batteries for the fire alarm detectors. Ours started beeping in both rooms.
